Palms Jet Pass uses only ARG/US certified Gold and Platinum-rated operators, among just a handful of companies in the industry to be recognized as a leader in proactive safety standards, ensuring that each client flight is executed by the industry’s best and most reputable FAR Part 135 operators and flight crews.
Palms Jet Pass™ - Operator Certification
Each operator in our program is carefully vetted by both our firm and leading independent aviation auditing firms ARG/US and Wyvern to ensure:
- Current FAR Part 135 Operator Certificates and licenses
- Up-to-date and adequate liability insurance levels
- Subscribe to best practices in terms of proactive aircraft maintenance and support, and
- Adhere to our own rider governing aircraft cleanliness and airworthiness, crew professionalism and on-time performance
Palms Jet Pass™ - Perpetual Monitoring
Each flight in our program is subject to a successful TripCHEQ – a proprietary monitoring system through ARG/US to ensure that:
- The crew is free of any FAA, DOT or NTSB safety actions
- Pilots have met predetermined standards including flight time and "in-type" experience
- The operator, crew and aircraft have met predetermined training and insurance standards

Regent Jet acts as an agent for customers negotiating and facilitating private air travel. Regent Jet does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAR Part 135 air carriers ("Operators"), who shall maintain full Operational Control at all times. Operators providing service for Regent Jet must meet both FAA safety requirements and additional safety standards established by Regent Jet.
